Telluride Event Contract
We ask for a guarantee in the form of a deposit of $250. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided below and deducted from the balance the day of the event. 

Cancellation Policy from October to December Booking Dates:
If notified 6 weeks prior. 100% refund.
4-6 weeks: 75% refund
2-4 weeks 50 % refund.
Less than 2 weeks, no refund given.
If January to September, 100% refund given if cancelled within 1 week of event.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
