Because all of our food is prepared from scratch and never pre-cooked your patience is appreciated. If you are in a hurry, please let your server know and we will do the best we can. We do not want to be "fast food" and we're sure if that is what you wanted you would not come to Telluride. Fast Food is not about quality, ingredients or care in the preparation.

Greens & Things

We often hear that vinegar and wine don't mix well, while one hundred million French and Italian men and women seem blissfully unconcerned. We tend to agree with them. A great meal is made better with wine. When choosing a wine with your salad, white wines with a higher acidity tend to be a safer bet than reds. They tend to be less affected by the sharpness of a vinaigrette, but if a red is your preference, go for it.

Bread is served upon request at lunch. We serve a dipping sauce called AJI VERDE with our bread; it is a puree of olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, smoked green Aji peppers and parsley. Butter is available upon request or rosemary infused olive oil is on the table.
