VIADER, Napa Valley 2000

Rated a 92 by Wine Spectator Released early and should cellar for another
two years. Attractive fruit up-front with rich, elegant and
full finish. Deep black berries with a hint of cedar,
coffee and tobacco. Tannins and present but not
overwhelming. Only 4600 cases made.
Hard to find and well worth the money.
Arguably, the finest area for Cabernet grapes
this vineyard has developed quite a cult
following. Pairs well with robust, full
flavored sauces. Venison, Elk and Buffalo
complement the fruit and spice nicely.
